Project: MSN Help Desk
Challenge: Helpdesk was a site that presented help and support content as well as tours. I was the lead front end developer on the site, working in ASP, JavaScript, XML and HTML. I began the project as a contract member of the design team; by the end of the project I was a full time employee managing the twelve person team that created the site content.
