Blue Shield IIA

The Installation Automation Project for Blue Shield of California was a complex and long term project to support the digital management of health care applications. This user interface was used by employees of Blue Shield as they performed their daily tasks of processing and supporting health care applications. I conducted chair side interviews of employees and observed various tasks and interactions in order to create the most useful interface that resources would allow.

This project spanned several years and several Information Architects. The Vision Document was over 115 pages.
